Project Summary

FoodShare Toronto’s Community Food Growing program supports Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC)-led urban agriculture, gardening, and compost initiatives. The program promotes food sovereignty, environmental stewardship, and community resilience by providing resources, training, and land access. It empowers residents to grow their own food, reduce food insecurity, and strengthen community resilience through sustainable practices.
