Why the name Biosphere Eco-City?

The “Biosphere” is the collection of all life on Earth. – The word “Eco-City” refers to a global movement for sustainable cities. – Together they symbolize the goal of sustainability that will protect the Biosphere.

Why strive to create a culture of sustainability? –  A Culture of Sustainability is one in which people’s daily actions reflect the need to protect nature as well as ensure a good future for humanity. –  When a majority of people in a society embrace a culture of sustainability, all key stakeholders including government, business, education, cultural and community organizations will follow their lead and change the way the society and the economy operate.
